Katina Pierce

Katina Pierce is an administrative professional with more than 25 years of experience working in the government and public affairs arena. At CRD Associates, Katina is responsible for the firm’s operations, including budget and financial management, compliance, taxes, office management, human resources, information technology, and much more. She also is the financial manager for two coalitions, the Coalition for Health Funding and Defense Health Research Consortium.
Prior to joining CRD Associates, Katina held the position of executive assistant in the Government and Public Affairs Division of the American Dental Association (ADA). She was responsible for managing the annual Leadership Conference; liaising between the Executive Director and ADA headquarters; managing Council and PAC board meetings; processing expense and accounts payable reports; and submitting the quarterly lobbying reports for the Association along with many other executive tasks. Katina also worked in the House of Representatives for the late Representative Owen Pickett of Virginia, where she maintained the constituent database, tracked voting records and scheduled meetings.
She also holds a diploma in Office Technology from ECPI University and a certificate from the College of Southern Maryland in Event and Meeting Planning. When she is not engrossed with financial spreadsheets, she is traveling or absorbed in her creative flow doing event planning and consultations, interior design, or arts and crafts.
