Beauty is in the eye of the beholder…except when you’re working in the city where narcissism is the only shared value.
Those of us at CRD Associates awoke this morning to news that our intern alumnus, Eric Ortega, made The Hill’s list of the 50 Most Beautiful People in DC!
In fact is, he came in at No. 7, well ahead of some lawmakers and TV news personalities. You can see the entire list at http://thehill.com/50-most-beautiful-2013/?n=7.
Eric was with us in 2010, his stint coming after our usual rigorous selection process. He had been a student at Rutgers University, one of our longstanding clients, and showed great talent, sincerity and passion from the start.
Since the list was compiled, Eric has left Capitol Hill. He’s now working at NBCUniversal, where he’s pursuing a political producer track.
We all knew that, one day, he would gain recognition. We just didn’t know it would be this soon.
