Leadership Transition at CRD Associates

Dear Clients and Friends of CRD Associates:

I’m writing to share some important news about CRD Associates’ leadership. As some of you know, some months ago, I stepped back from day-to-day client and firm management as the firm has undergone a leadership transition. I am excited to share that this evolution is now complete. The new partners of the firm are Erika Miller, Erin Morton, and Matt Dennis, all of whom had been serving in the role of senior vice president.

Since Nick Cavarocchi and Dom Ruscio founded CRD Associates in 1980—and invited me to join in 1994—this firm has been defined by our team members and the clients we serve. At the firm’s founding, our focus was on appropriations advocacy, and while this remains an important part of our work, we have expanded into other areas of policy to serve our clients. Through this evolution, we have maintained our commitment to personal, proactive, and results-driven service. As I reflect back on this firm’s growth over the past 28 years, I am filled with gratitude for the fantastic colleagues, clients, and public servants that I’ve been privileged to work with.

These changes have been made easier by my confidence that the firm is in excellent hands. Erika, Erin, and Matt are committed to our team and our clients. I have no doubt they will grow CRD Associates’ longstanding and hard-earned reputation for representing our clients with integrity and delivering results on their behalf.

It is time for the next generation of leadership to take over – and for me to step aside. I know I speak for all of us affiliated with CRD Associates now and in the past when I say we are excited to see what the future holds.

Congratulations Erika, Erin, and Matt!

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me or to Erika, Erin, or Matt if you have any questions. My CRD email remains the same and I look forward to keeping in touch!

All the best,

Lyle
