Jennifer Leib Tapped to Advance Personalized Medicine

CRD Associates is proud to announce that Senior Vice President Jennifer Leib has been selected by the Personalized Medicine Coalition (PMC) to help advance its goals in Congress and the Executive branch as well as assist PMC in the selection of its next vice president for public policy.

Jennifer is recognized as a leader in the field, having championed personalized medicine for more than a decade. She was a leading advocate for the landmark Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act and is a well-regarded by industry and government for her work on issues involving diagnostics, reimbursement of personalized medicine products and genetic privacy.

Jennifer, who began her career as a genetic counselor at the National Institutes of Health, was awarded the prestigious Genetics and Public Policy Fellowship by the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) and the American Society of Human Genetics. She worked closely with NHGRI Director Francis S. Collins, M.D., Ph.D. and later served on the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy’s Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee.

On behalf of innovators, scientists, patients, providers and payers, PMC promotes the understanding and adoption of personalized medicine concepts, services and products to benefit patients and the health system.
