Erin Will Morton

Erin Will Morton joined CRD Associates in October 2017, bringing with her a decade of experience in global and domestic health policy. Erin’s practice areas include domestic and international medical research and development funding; Medicare reimbursement; clinical laboratory issues; coalition management, and patient advocacy training.

Erin represents clients in the complicated world of Medicare reimbursement and has extensive experience engaging federal agencies and Congress. She has several years of coalition management experience both as a consultant and within an organization. Erin leads the firm’s global health practice, where she specializes in global health program financing, research and development for new global health tools, and product development partnership resource mobilization. Her global health expertise includes tuberculosis, malaria, neglected tropical diseases, and drug development. Erin works on both domestic and multinational advocacy strategies, engaging at the WHO, WHA, and the EU and its member governments.

Prior to joining CRD Associates, Erin was Director of External Affairs at the TB Alliance in New York City, where she managed advocacy and donor relations. Before TB Alliance, Erin led the Global Health Technologies Coalition (GHTC) where she directed US and global advocacy for a coalition of 25 non-profit research and development advocacy organizations to sustain and strengthen investments in global health research and product development. While at GHTC, Erin spearheaded a strategic rebranding for the Coalition. Erin spent eight years at the District Policy Group at Drinker Biddle, where she provided strategic guidance to global and domestic health care clients, representing the interests of patients, health care providers, and researchers before the US Congress and federal agencies. Erin began her career at NARAL Pro-Choice America, where she coordinated grassroots efforts for congressional campaigns during the 2008 election cycle.

Erin holds a master’s degree in American Government from the Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Dickinson College.
