We are proud to announce that two CRD Associates Senior Vice Presidents have been chosen for the inaugural Women in Government Relations (WGR) Transformational Leadership Development Program.
Erika Miller and Katie Schubert will participate in two separate cohorts of WGR’s program, coached by Paulette Pidcock, President and Founder of Pidock Coaching Partners, LLC, taking place over multiple sessions this fall.
The program was an application-based program aimed at mid-level career professionals to meet the challenges of responding effectively and productively in an evolving workplace. Participants will learn the tools to expand their capacity and effectiveness as leaders, improve their communication skills and develop insight into their leadership strengths and possibilities.
Both Erika and Katie are looking forward to the process and implementing these enhanced skills with the CRD Team and with their clients.
